CPF assists project operators to scale and replicate projects across multiple sites by applying project development principles to existing operations. By examining and modelling project companies, implementation strategies can be examined for scaling within existing environments or replicating projects under different conditions.

Support
We understand the importance of skills transfer to ensure ongoing governance and process improvement.CPF has a track record of working with companies to identify both strengths and weaknesses, design improvements to systems and processes and implement change programmes in challenging environments. We supports project companies in management, capacity building and problem solving, engaging on either specific problem solving tasks or within a wider support role to identify issues and assist in their resolution where necessary.
Monitoring
CPF operate a project monitoring platform that allows for real time data gathering and reporting as well as push notifications and alerts across multiple platforms. We provide bespoke interfaces to suit a range of skills sets and technologies, from simple GSM SMS inputs to tablet and smartphone access and we implement systems with capacity building and training as a core component.
Our systems provide centralised PMO functions with access to information on project activities and assets which can be integrated with all available monitoring technologies, from GPS tracking to video-links and NFC tagging. We have a core development team that can adapt our existing platform, or build bespoke platforms to provide greater transparency into project operations and management at all levels of an organisation.
